Registration Information

  • Early Bird through Jan 15, 2020. Jan 16th - 31st: $450 | Feb 1st - Day Before Event: $500 ($525 onsite)




  • This is ONLY if you are bringing a guest to dinner. Please be sure you include your guest's name and email address in the space provided. Do NOT check this if you are attending the conference solo, as the Saturday night dinner is included in your event registration fee. No refunds will be given on the Saturday night dinner.


  • This is for registered event Sponsors Only. If you have already registered and paid for the "Elite Sponsorship" level you may select this option for one of your attendees. Rate will change when event fee changes.

Terms & Agreements

Any cancellation must be received in writing. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds for cancellations received before 2/1/20.
There will be no refunds given for cancellations received on or after 2/1/20.
